Company invests in a larger more interative office environment for the ever growing projects department.
With ongoing work to upgrade BOA's facilities it was decided that a new office space was needed to accommodate the ever growing projects department. The mezzanine storage space above the canteen provided the perfect answer and work began in early January 2015.
Access to the new office was somewhat tricky as the space available to put a staircase in was very limited. To make access possible a spiral staircase was the obvious option, this also allowed us to utilise both our steelwork and joinery expertise.
The office its self is open plan creating a more interactive work environment. As well as the open plan office, there are two private offices and a meeting room complete with a presentation flat screen and conference communication system. On the higher level of the mezzanine is a printing room and two drawing archive rooms.
BOA have been awarded the balcony package for the Filmworks project in Ealing, London.
