Phase 3 contains three buildings with a total of 518 units, all of which are connected at basement level. One building is residential only (Building 11) and two buildings have commercial spaces and residential units (Buildings 5 and 6). Phase 3 also features a lagoon which extends into phase 4 and provides a feature for the four lagoon buildings.
Our package consists of 2,750 metres of terrace balustrade to the 35 storey Cassini Tower, which is a mixture of ornate laser cut panels and steel balustrade designs. We are also supplying a total of 362no. Steel balconies to all three buildings, which are a mixture of our bolt-on and top fix designs.
