BOA have been awarded the balcony package for the Filmworks project in Ealing, London. Preserving the art deco façade of the old Empire Cinema, this exciting new development from St George will take inspiration from the glamour and splendour of the roaring twenties.
The project consists of 209no. Apartments contained within 4no. Buildings being constructed simultaneously. BOA will be fabricating and installing 114no. Balconies, including steel bases, balustrade, soffits, decking and fascia, along with terrace balustrade and privacy screens.
Development Overview:
The Filmworks will also include an eight screen cinema and central piazza surrounded by a high-quality mix of shops, restaurants and bars, including Vapiano and Planet Organic. BOA look forward to installing the first balconies in the early stages of 2020.
